Dr. Kudchadkar is the Director of the Johns Hopkins PICU Up! Program, which is one of the first interprofessional, structured and multifaceted early mobility programs for critically ill children. Her primary research focus is the integration of sleep promotion, sedation optimization and delirium prevention to promote early mobility and improve functional outcomes for survivors of pediatric critical illness.
