The Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality for Johns Hopkins Medicine has created the Sean Berenholtz Award to recognize colleagues who embody the values that Dr. Berenholtz modeled and applied in his everyday work as a person, colleague, mentor, and healthcare provider. Dr. Berenholtz helped found the Armstrong Institute and made an indelible mark on the field of patient safety, quality, and service, and the Armstrong Institute is committed to carry on his legacy.
