Fatima Diaban, DO, a critical care physician at Advocate Aurora Health in Wisconsin, has a passion and a vision to strengthen emergency and critical care systems in Middle- and Low-Income Countries. During the Pandemic, she worked on a small self-directed project to help increase the oxygen supply and support the critical care unit in one of the teaching hospitals in Senegal. Dr. Diaban has several ongoing projects in Senegal which include teaching and supporting a critical care unit in one of the hospitals in Dakar, Senegal.
