Dr. Locke is an Assistant Professor and the Assistant Medical Director of Perioperative Services in the Department of Anesthesiology at The University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville. She did her medical school and residency training at the University of Florida and earned her MBA from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business. As an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Locke sits on the Women in Anesthesia committee, Practice Management committee, and the Wellness Outreach working group. Her interests include practice management and organizational behavior. She hopes to bring a better understanding of how organizations “breathe” and how to apply strategies of successful organizations to medical ones.
