Kristen Roman, MSN, CRNA, received her BSN from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She was an active student as a member of the lacrosse club and the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Kristen’s undergraduate career was marked by high academic achievement, as illustrated by her membership in the Alpha Alpha Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, recognition on the Dean’s List, and graduation with magna cum laude honors. As a registered nurse, Kristen gained her critical care experience in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins. While in the PICU, she was a member of the Pediatric Rapid Response Team and an instructor of dialysis equipment and training. Kristen then earned her MSN in Nurse Anesthesiology from Georgetown University in 2016 and is now a CRNA at Johns Hopkins.
