Alyson Greene, MSN, CRNA, is a certified registered nurse anesthetist in the department of anesthesiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is originally from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers!) and spent her undergraduate studying nursing at West Virginia University and time working as a registered nurse at WVU Hospital. She returned home to Pittsburgh for CRNA school where she graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with her MSN in 2016. She spent this time rotating through UPMC facilities where she gravitated toward pediatrics and started her career working as a nurse anesthetist at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She has since spent her career doing full time pediatrics and kept with this at Johns Hopkins working under the department of Pediatric ACCM. When not at Hopkins, Alyson enjoys lake life on Lake Linganore in Frederick where she lives with her husband and stepson (Jay and Jay), and pets dog Molly and kitten Wally.
