We are excited to gear up for the FY ’26 Spring ACCM awards, recognizing the dedication and excellence of our incredible faculty and staff. These awards will be presented during the first half of Grand Rounds on Thursday, June 11, 2025. Cast your nominations here by Friday, May 8th. We welcome multiple submissions! This cycle includes the following awards:

  • Excellence in Mentorship (Junior Mentor): ACCM member with less than 10 years of service who distinguishes themselves by guiding, nurturing, and supporting mentees’ professional development (research, clinical care, education, and/or administration).
  • Excellence in Mentorship (Senior Mentor): ACCM member with more than 10 years of service who distinguishes themselves by guiding, nurturing, and supporting mentees’ professional development (research, clinical care, education, and/or administration).
  • Excellence in Translational Research: ACCM member who distinguishes themself by the quality, integrity, and impact of their translational discovery.
  • Excellence in Clinical Research: ACCM member who distinguishes themself by the quality, integrity, and impact of their clinical discovery.
  • Clinical Quality Improvement Award: ACCM members who distinguish themselves by improving healthcare through the advancement of methods for measuring and reporting quality, improvements in practice efficiency and productivity, and/or clinical process improvement.
  • Innovation Award: ACCM member who distinguishes themselves with clinical invention using new technologies, integration of data registries, and/or novel systems and pathways to promote healthcare.
  • Service Excellence Award: ACCM member recognized for their exceptional contributions to the department.
  • Excellence in Educational Scholarship: ACCM member who distinguishes themself by the novelty, quality, and impact of their educational scholarship.
  • Excellence in Respiratory Therapy: ACCM Respiratory Therapist who distinguishes themself as an exceptional clinician, educator, or role model.
  • Excellence in Critical Care Technology: ACCM CCT who distinguishes themself as an exceptional clinician, educator, or role model.
  • Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Award: This award is given to an ACCM APP who distinguishes themselves as an exceptional clinician, educator, or role model.

In addition to the ACCM Awards, we encourage all to utilize our ACCM Applause form to express kudos to their fellow colleagues. These will be highlighted in the department’s “Good News” emails.
