Vania Milnes, CRNA, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Nursing in 2005. She graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor society. Before going into anesthesia, her entire nursing career was spent in the pediatric intensive care units at University of Maryland Medical Center and Georgetown University Hospital. She then returned to school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia in 2013. Vania works primarily with her favorite population of pediatric patients but also enjoys working in the Wilmer Eye Center, the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, and the Johns Hopkins Endoscopy Suite.
