He received his Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his anesthesia residency at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, as well as at several other hospitals in the greater Philadelphia region, including the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he completed his pediatric rotation. Before becoming a CRNA, Moishe was a certified critical care registered nurse. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College.[/wr_text][/wr_column][/wr_row]
