Dahlia Rouchon
“When Dahlia is the float person, I know that it is going to be a good day. She works so hard to make sure that everyone has a break, and if they need help in their room, she is the first to jump in and lend a hand, often times going without a break herself to help others. She is the epitome of a team player, and I am always grateful to see her name on the longsheet.” Paige McMurtrie

Alischa Greene
“Alischa and the 3rd floor techs saved the day for us on the 5th floor when we had no anesthesia machine for our first case! She jumped into action and had one from the 3rd floor brought up to us and set it up, even though she was also very busy getting cases started in her own rooms downstairs. She also noticed that the machine wasn’t connecting to Epic when setting it up and called multiple people to get it fixed quickly so we could start our case. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciate her hard work and team player mentality. Thank you!!!” Paige McMurtrie

Vishank Shah
“Dr. Shah is such a good attending to have in the NCCU. We had a week without a fellow, and he was so great in helping us take care of all our really sick patients. He was easily accessible for questions and talking to patients and family. He was very present on the unit, and it was much appreciated.” Jennifer Tate
