Sarah Nelson, MD, Assistant Professor of Neurology, Division of Neurosciences Critical Care, Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine

Dr. Sarah Nelson is an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Nelson is an expert in neurological critical care and strokes and also serves as an assistant professor of neurology. She is currently interested in researching neuroimaging and epidemiology in subarachnoid hemorrhages and ischemic strokes. Dr. Nelson is a member of the Advocacy Committee of the Neurocritical Care Society, American Heart Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine and American Academy of Neurology.
