Dr. Nikia Smith, Instructor of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine

Dr. Nikia Smith is an instructor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine Division. Dr. Smith also practices at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Dr. Smith earned her medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in 2011. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital and her anesthesiology residency at the Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. She went on to complete a 1-year fellowship in Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Dr. Smith is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
